During his 37-year career at JPL/Caltech, Dr. Crisp developed flight instruments and numerical models for analyzing light reflected, emitted, and scattered by Earth and other planets. He was a pioneer in space-based greenhouse gas (GHG) measurements as the Principal Investigator of the NASA OCO mission, Science Team leader of the OCO-2 & OCO-3 missions and GHG Lead for the CEOS AC-VC.
